Our programme teaches children how to tackle safely and effectively, emphasising proper technique, body positioning, and contact awareness. With a focus on player safety and sportsmanship, children can enjoy the physicality of rugby while minimising the risk of injury.
- Running Through Contact: Develop the power and technique to maintain momentum and break through defences.
- Presenting the Ball: Learn the best practices for ball presentation to ensure quick and effective play.
- Increasing Knowledge of the Game: From the basics of rugby rules to advanced strategies and tactics, our programme provides a comprehensive understanding of the game. Children will deepen their knowledge and appreciation for rugby through engaging drills, discussions, and game simulations.
