Introducing High Performance Development at Richmond Rugby!

13 Weeks, 6 - 7 pm
Every Monday and Wednesday evening
Ages 12-16
Boys and Girls of all abilities are welcome!

Formerly known as Speed School and Strength School, our High Performance Development program is designed to create a professional athletic environment for young athletes aged 12-18.

Whether you're looking to boost your strength, enhance your speed, or develop both, this program provides the ideal training ground for all children aiming to take their athletic skills to the next level.

Age 12 - 16

Waiver

By buying this course I acknowledge that I have been advised of the risks involved in using the facility and its equipment. I also acknowledge that I have been warned that my use/my child's use of the facility could result in injury or harm to myself./my child

I acknowledge and assume any such risk to my person/my child should I/they use the facility and its equipment with/without supervision.

If I/they should sustain injury to myself/themself as a result of my/their use of the facility (supervised or unsupervised), I/they hereby agree to hold harmless the coaches, trainers, supervisors, or any other employee of Richmond Football Club, and Richmond Athletic Association or their Gym management team.

I/they agree to abide by the Rules and Guidelines of the Gymnasium and strength and conditioning facility and to follow any instructions given to me/them by the staff, coaches, and agents of Richmond Football Club, Richmond Athletic Association, or their Gym management team.
